Brigitte Santos-Eggimann, Switzerland

Dr. Santos-Eggimann has been the Head of Health Services Unit, Institute of Social and Preventative Medicine, University of Lausanne since 1990. She is also an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Biology and Medicine at the University of Lausanne since 2004.

She received both a Doctorate and Masters of Public Health from John Hopkins University. She also holds a Doctorat en médicine and a Diplôme federal de medicine from the University of Geneva, Faculty of Medicine.

Dr. Santos-Eggimann has held a number of research and development grants. Her success in the past five years has included the following:
