BIO: My name is Robert Fullerton and i designed and help maintain the NICE website. My company is Datascapes Web Design and we specialize in database web design and content managment systems (CMS). We have launched over 100 sites across North America for a range of clients including Canadian Universities, Canadian Centres of Excellence, Non-Profit Organizations and a mix of large and small businesses.

I also manage the Winnipeg Charity Events website, an online resource for Winnipeg Fundraising Events.
