Centre for Education and Research in Aging and Health - CERAH: Development of an End of Life Tool
On May 14th at Soldier Memorial Hospital in Orillia, the Centre for Education and Research in Aging and Health - CERAH (with the assistance of the Ontario Telemedicine Network - OTN) hosted a seminar entitled: development of an End of Life Care Tool. This tool is currently being implemented at such locations as Kingston General Hospital. Dr. Daren Heyland MD is the lead researcher.
